Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Implementing and improving HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Handling payroll, benefits administration, and other HR administrative tasks
• Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
