The HR Operations Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of HR operations within the organization. This includes coordinating and administering employee benefits, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training and development programs.
• Handle all employee relation issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and keep up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage HRIS system and generate reports as needed.
