An HR Professional is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle within an organization. They are in charge of recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment and selection processes
• Overseeing employee onboarding and orientation
• Conducting training and development programs
• Managing performance appraisal and feedback processes
• Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Managing employee benefits and compensation
• Providing support to employees and management
