The HR recruiter admin is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented candidates for open positions within the company. They will also handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruiting methods
• Screen candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
• Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed
