Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics
• Provide support in developing recruitment strategies and improving processes
