• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process
