We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
• Administer benefit programs and assist employees with any related inquiries
• Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Conduct training sessions for employees on HR-related topics
