HR Supervisor

Job Description:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruiting, training, employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with all HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics, including harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and performance management
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
• Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA

• Experience with HRIS systems
