The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and acts as a change agent within the organization. They play a key role in developing and implementing HR programs and policies that support the business's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals
• Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and other HR-related issues
• Partner with HR colleagues to deliver HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
• Lead or support organizational change efforts, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers
