Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors.
• Prepare reports on safety performance and compliance for management and regulatory agencies.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans.
• Certification in occupational health and safety or related field.
