Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Develop and implement risk assessment and emergency response plans.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Train employees on health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections.
• Monitor and review HSE performance metrics.
• Make recommendations for improvements in HSE practices.

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.

• Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g. OSHA, NEBOSH).
