The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within a company. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding
• Handle employee relations issues and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Coordinate performance management and employee development programs
• Manage benefits administration and payroll
• Provide HR support to employees and managers
