The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions within the organization. This role will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and issues
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations

2. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
3. Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software
4. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
