We are looking for a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and provide guidance and support
• Plan and schedule HVAC projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment, and inventory
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations
