• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Managing IT security and ensuring data protection
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs
• Providing technical support to staff and customers

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Experience with cloud computing services, such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Certifications, such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA A+, are a plus
