Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, including overseeing team members and setting strategic goals

• Manage IT projects, including budgeting, planning, and implementation
• Ensure the organization's systems and data are secure and backed up regularly
• Provide technical support to team members and troubleshoot IT issues as needed
