The IT PMO Lead is responsible for leading the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects within an organization. They will work closely with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables, and oversee the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management processes and standards
• Lead a team of project managers and coordinate project activities
• Establish project governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members
• Monitor project progress and performance against key performance indicators
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Strong project management skills and experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of IT systems and technologies
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus
