Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users and clients on IT-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot network and system issues
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Assist in IT projects and initiatives

Skill Sets Required:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers)
