Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Manage system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and solutions
• Create documentation for IT procedures and user guides
• Ensure data security and network integrity

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with hardware and software installations and configurations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in IT support or related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus
