Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Installing and configuring software and hardware systems.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensuring data backup and recovery processes are in place.
• Implementing security measures to protect systems and data.
• Providing technical support to end users.
• Managing user accounts and permissions.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Understanding of networking protocols and hardware.
• Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
