• Provide technical support to users as needed

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA are a plus
