The IT Technical Support position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to company employees and customers. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, installing software and hardware, configuring systems, and ensuring all technology equipment is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure software, hardware, and network devices
• Maintain and update IT systems and equipment
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other IT departments to implement new technologies

Skill Sets:

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
• Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
