Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document solutions and create user manuals or guides.
• Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
