Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events, such as conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and attendees to ensure a smooth and successful event.
• Manage event budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring profitability.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Attend events to provide on-site coordination and support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
