The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. This role will report to the HR Manager and provide support in various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist with training and development initiatives for employees
• Support employee relations activities and address employee queries or concerns
• Conduct HR-related research and assist with special projects as needed
