Job Description:

The Lead Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of civil engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. They will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of civil engineers in developing project plans and designs
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control for construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications

Skill Sets:

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
• Experience with budgeting and cost estimation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
