A Lounge Executive is responsible for ensuring that guests are provided with exceptional service and a comfortable experience in a lounge setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests as they enter the lounge
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge
• Manage and update inventory of food and beverage supplies
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Monitor and maintain lounge equipment and facilities
