Job Description: MEP Project Coordinators

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Interact with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and approve design drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Skill Sets:

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
