The MEP store keeper is responsible for overseeing the materials and equipment required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. They are in charge of maintaining inventory, keeping accurate records, and ensuring that materials are delivered to the site on time. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect materials and equipment deliveries
• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that materials are stored properly and safely
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track orders and deliveries
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet project deadlines
• Manage a team of store assistants and warehouse workers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
