The Network & Communication Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's network infrastructure and communication systems. They ensure the network is secure, reliable, and meets the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing network infrastructure
• Managing network security and monitoring systems
• Overseeing the installation and configuration of communication systems
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Providing technical support to end users
• Developing and implementing network policies and procedures
• Training staff on network and communication technologies

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Knowledge of communication systems, such as VoIP and video conferencing
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and resolve them quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Certifications in networking technologies, such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+
