We are looking for a friendly and professional Office Hospitality Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to guests and employees. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage office hospitality supplies and inventory
• Coordinate meeting room set-up and clean-up
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
