Office Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary
  • Create and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and inventory is maintained
  • Coordinate office events and meetings
  • Handle office budget and expenses
  • Manage office communication and correspondence
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring new office staff
