We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payable Accountant to join our team. The Payable Accountant will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions and ensuring that all payments are made accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Generate financial reports as needed

Skill Sets:

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
