Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of supplies
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the procurement process
