Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing production processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with the engineering team to design and implement new equipment and systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the production floor
• Providing technical support to production team members
• Maintaining and repairing production equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Training production staff on new processes and equipment

• Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
