• Manage all commercial aspects of large conference projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Monitor and analyze project financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Manage project risks and identify opportunities for cost savings
