• Develop and implement project control processes and systems to track project progress and ensure adherence to schedule
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies
