Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project schedules for the development and deployment of pod-based systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Provide technical expertise in pod design and engineering
• Monitor project progress and budget to ensure successful delivery within scope
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in the team

Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management for pod-based systems
• Strong technical knowledge in pod design and engineering principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with CAD software and project management tools
