• Developing project plans and timelines

• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
• Tracking project expenses and ensuring that budget goals are met
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards
• Preparing and presenting reports to senior management
