The Proposal Engineer is responsible for creating detailed proposals for potential projects and bids. They work closely with the sales and engineering teams to develop competitive and accurate proposals that meet the needs of the clients.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Work with sales team to understand client needs and objectives
• Create detailed cost estimates and pricing for proposals
• Coordinate with engineering team to develop technical specifications and solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
• Manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
• Provide post-proposal support and follow-up to secure projects
