Job Description: QC Civil Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect construction sites and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections of civil construction work including foundations, concrete work, and structural elements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings and recommending corrective actions if necessary.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and achieve project goals.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate inspection findings to stakeholders.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a quality control role is preferred.
