Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Track construction costs and manage project budgets throughout the construction phase.
