As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our organization. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing daily schedules, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
