Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various strategies such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate communication between candidates and the company.
• Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish and ensure a positive candidate experience.
