The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for finding, attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. They will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to identify potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities

Skill Sets:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
