Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential hires
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating compensation packages
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities
