We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities for a specific region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Manage and oversee the sales team within the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competition, and provide feedback to senior management
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve their sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Skill Sets

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
