Job Description: Registered Nurse PICU

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Assess patients' conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their health status
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Skill Sets:

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric intensive care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of PICU procedures and protocols
