Job Title: Registered Nurse (PACU)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor post-anesthesia patients recovering from surgery
• Assess patients' condition and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Skill Sets:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in a post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of anesthesia and post-operative care processes
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care
