• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
